Carl Charloto studies at UBO (Université de Bretagne Occidentale) and follows the professional master CACQ-OPEx.

He is welcomed in the team for a 6-month internship entitled : "Evaluation of deep learning strategies for spectroscopic data processing".

Summary:

Comparison of deep learning methods with classical methods such as PLS-local on agronomic spectroscopic data.
In a first step, the internship aims at:

• Implementing and testing these approaches for different databases
• Comparing the results of these approaches with those of methods developed in chemometrics such as local PLS.

Secondly, this internship aims at testing new strategies / learning modes such as constructive learning to integrate chemometrics concepts in deep learning methods.
